Creamy white chocolate truffles infused with rose water for a sweet + floral-y treat that’s perfecting for gifting.

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tsp rose water
  • pinch of salt
  • Toppings: 1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios, 1/4 cup chopped freeze-dried strawberries, 1/4 cup dried rose petals

Instructions

  1. Add 1 1/4 cups white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, rose water, vanilla and salt to a microwave safe bowl and stir. 
  2. Microwave for 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between each interval.white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, salt and rose water melted in a bowl
  3. Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the fridge for at least 1 1/2 hours. At this point the mixture should be easy to scoop and roll into a ball with your hands.rose white chocolate mixture that has been chilled
  4. Place each ball on a baking sheet lined with parchment. Chill while you melt the remaining chocolate.rose white chocolate balls on a baking sheet with parchment 
  5. Put remaining 2 cups of white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 30-second intervals until smooth. 
  6. Dip one ball at a time into the melted chocolate and use two forks to turn the ball and coat all sides. Lift the ball out with a fork and gently shake to remove excess chocolate.   7. Repeat with remaining truffle balls and chill for about 15 minutes to set before serving. 

Notes

When dipping the truffles- if the chocolate begins to firm up a little, you can pop it back in the microwave for 30 seconds to loosen it up.
