It’s perfect for hosting friends, game day snacking (not that I do that), or a date night in. Whipped Feta and Honey Garlic Toasts

  • Baguette slices
  • Feta cheese
  • Cream Cheese
  • Honey
  • Garlic
  • Fresh thyme

How to make it

Slice a baguette into half-inch slices and place on baking sheets lined with parchment. You will likely need two baking sheets! Pop under the broiler for 2-3 minutes at a time until perfectly golden brown.

Right after you remove a sheet from the broiler, rub each slice of baguette with a peeled + raw garlic clove. Be careful, the bread will be hot but should be manageable.

How to make whipped feta

Making whipped feta is SO easy and man is it good. Just place cream cheese and feta cheese in a mixing bowl, beat with an electric mixer and voila. Whipped feta. It’s creamy, with that salty feta bite and you can use it anywhere. I love it with my crispy prosciutto pasta.

Drizzle that whipped feta with honey, sprinkle with some fresh thyme and ENJOY!

Notes

Honey – you probably don’t want to drizzle the entire amount of honey right off the bat but it depends on your serving dish. Mine was deep and narrow so I just drizzle the top with a bit and kept the extra honey in a small bowl with a honey dripper so more honey could be added as the cheese was eaten. you can do the same with thyme. Reserve a little to serve along side so guests/you can add more as you eat. Enjoy!
