WHITE CHOCOLATE ROSE TRUFFLES

-1 1/4 white chocolate chips -1/3 cup sweetened condensed milk -1/2 tsp vanilla -1 tsp rose water -pinch of salt Toppings -1/4 cup chopped roasted pistachios -1/4 cup chopped freeze-dried strawberries -1/4 cup dried rose petals

Add 1 1/4 cups of the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, rose water, vanilla and salt to a microwave safe bowl and stir. Microwave in 30-second intervals until smooth, stirring between intervals.

Cover with plastic wrap and chill in the refrigerator 1 1/2 hours, until firm and it can be rolled into a ball.

Scoop out about 1 tablespoon at a time and roll into a ball. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet. You can also use wax paper. 

Microwave remaining white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals until smooth. Dip one ball at a time into the melted chocolate and use two forks to coat each ball. Place back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with any desired toppings.

Continue the process with remaining balls and chill for 15 minutes to set before serving.
