WHIPPED FETA AND HONEY TOASTS

-1 baguette, sliced into 1/2 inch thick slices -4 oz container of feta crumbles or about 1 cup -4 oz cream cheese (1/2 block) -1 garlic clove -2–3 tbsp honey -3–4 sprigs fresh thyme

In a small mixing bowl, add the feta and cream cheese. Use an electric mixer to beat until creamy/fluffy.

Heat oven to broil. Arrange baguette slices on baking sheets lined with parchment. Broil 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. 

Remove from oven and immediately rub each slice with a garlic clove

Place whipped feta in serving bowl, drizzle with desired amount of honey. Sprinkle with fresh thyme.
