TURKEY MEATBALLS WITHOUT BREADCRUMBS

Combine in a large mixing bowl:  garlic powder dried basil dried oregano salt & pepper crushed red pepper flakes  grated parmesan cheese onion, grated or minced fresh parsley, chopped zest of a lemon 1 egg, beaten

Using your hands, mix turkey with the other seasonings. Use a cookie scoop to form meatballs. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake  for 15 mins at 400F until internal temp of meatballs is 165F. Try serving these with spaghetti or lasagna. Enjoy!
