TURKEY BURGERS WITH FETA AND SPINACH

-1 lb ground turkey breast or ground chicken -1 1/2 cup frozen spinach (thawed and drained of excess liquid) -1/2 tsp garlic powder -1/2 tsp dried oregano -3/4 tsp salt -1 tbsp olive oil -2/3 cup feta cheese crumbles

Combine ground turkey with olive oil, spinach, feta cheese, garlic powder, dried oregano and salt. Use your hands to get the mixture evenly mixed. Form into patties and heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.

Place patties in the pan with space in between each and cook on both sides for about 5-7 minutes, use a meat thermometer to ensure an internal temperature of 165F is reached.

Serve burgers on buns with mayo, pickled onion, tomato and lettuce.
