strawberries (fresh or frozen)
Juice lemons and add to a blender with strawberries and water. Blend until smooth.
Strain through a mesh sieve to remove pulp.
Add simple syrup to taste and place basil inside pitcher with an infuser. Place in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving. Serve over ice with extra basil, frozen strawberries and lemon slices.
