Sourdough Pizza Crust

Easy!

1/3 cup oil

1/2 cup sourdough starter discard

1 tbsp sugar

1 tsp salt 

3-3 1/2 cups flour

Start by mixing sourdough starter w/ 1 cup warm water

Add remaining ingredients (start by only adding 3 cups of flour). Turn out onto a floured surface once it looks like this.

Knead until the dough starts to become smooth, about 8 - 10 times. Add more flour if it's too sticky. 

Place the ball of dough in a clean bowl, cover with a paper towel and allow to rise for 3-4 hours. 

Press dough into pan and add desired toppings. Bake at 425F until cheese is melted and crust is slightly golden.
