ROSE MATCHA LATTE (EASY RECIPE - ICED OR HOT)

-1 1/2 tsp matcha powder -2 tsp dried rose petals (for cooking) -1 tbsp brown sugar (or other sweetener of choice) -1/4 cup boiled water -3/4 cup whole milk (or other milk of choice)

Add matcha to your drinking glass. Add boiling water and whisk. Add the rose petals and stir to make sure the petals are submerged/moistened. Allow to steep for 5 minutes. 

Strain out the rose petals using a fine mesh strainer. 

Add sugar and stir until dissolved.  If making an iced latte, fill the glass with ice then add milk. For a hot latte, heat milk, froth if desired and add to the matcha rose mixture.
