PUMPKIN SPICE SIMPLE SYRUP

canned  pumpkin

vanilla

cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger and clove

brown sugar

not pictured: water

Combine all ingredients in a pot over medium heat and cook until sugar is dissolved and the mixture begins to gently boil.

Keep it at a gentle boil for about 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Allow syrup to cool for about 15 minutes, then strain into a jar. Enjoy!
