PUMPKIN SEED PESTO  (DAIRY FREE, NUT FREE)

roasted pumpkin seeds

salt &  pepper

lemon

spinach

basil

garlic

avocado  oil

Toss raw pumpkin seeds with a little oil and roast for about 10 minutes at 350F.

In a small blender or food processor, combine all ingredients and pulse until smooth. That's it! Enjoy on eggs, pasta, sandwiches and more!
