PUMPKIN COLD FOAM RECIPE  (STARBUCKS COPYCAT)

-1 heaping tbsp canned pumpkin puree -1 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk -3 tbsp heavy cream -1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice -1/8 tsp sea salt -splash of vanilla extract

Combine the ingredients in a glass or liquid measuring cup. You'll want to use a different cup from the one you will drink out of.

Use a milk frother to whip the ingredients together until thick and smooth, about one minute.

Add ice to a drinking glass, then add your cold brew or coffee of choice and sweetener (I prefer maple syrup) then stir.

Pour cold foam over the coffee and enjoy! Store leftover pumpkin foam, in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
