PEANUT BUTTER MOCHA

-5 tbsp whole bean coffee (measure, then grind) - about 7 tbsp ground -1 cup boiling water -2 tbsp brown sugar (or regular sugar) -1 1/2 tbsp cocoa powder -1 tsp vanilla -1 heaping tbsp creamy peanut butter -3/4 cup whole milk -ice

Add ground coffee to your french press, then pour in boiling water. Steep for 5 minutes. 

While the coffee brews--add sugar, cocoa powder, vanilla and peanut butter to the bottom of a large glass. 

When coffee is ready, pour a small amount into the glass and whisk vigorously until smooth. 

Then add the remaining coffee and milk. 

Enjoy one large serving over ice or split into two glasses to share!
