NO-BAKE BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE

Pulse graham crackers in a blender or food processor until finely ground

Combine with melted butter

Press into the bottom of a lined spring-form pan and place in the freezer

Slowly mix in sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice and vanilla

Beat softened cream cheese with a mixer until smooth

Add blueberry topping and enjoy!

Allow to set in refrigerator for 3 1/2 hours or overnight
