MATCHA POPSICLES WITH COCONUT MILK (DF, V)

Add 2 1/2 tbsp matcha powder to a mixing bowl, then add 1/2 cup hot water and use a whisk or the back of a spoon to get rid of any lumps.   Add 1/3 cup agave nectar, 1 x 15 oz can coconut milk and 2/3 cup oat milk and stir.

Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. Place lid over molds, then insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 6 hours and enjoy!
