MATCHA FROSTING 

-1 1/2 tbsp matcha green tea powder -1 cup salted butter, two sticks, softened -3 1/2 cups powdered sugar -3 tbsp milk -1/2 tsp vanilla, optional -pinch salt

Start by beating the butter on medium speed in a stand mixer with the paddle attachment. Beat until creamy.

Add the powdered sugar, matcha, milk, vanilla & salt. Start the mixer again, on low. Increase the speed as the sugar gets incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl with a rubber spatula. Beat until fully mixed and creamy.
