JALAPEÑO SAUCE

– 1/2 cup fresh cilantro – 1/2 cup fresh parsley – 1/2 cup hot and sweet jalapeños – 3 tbsp lemon juice – 1/4 cup avocado oil – 2 small cloves garlic or 1 large – 1 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp pepper

Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.

Store in a jar in the fridge for up to 1 week.

WHERE TO USE JALAPEÑO SUACE? Try it on: -Mediterranean Roasted Potatoes -Grilled/roasted meat -Grilled/roasted veggies -Any Mexican or Southwestern dish: quesadillas, burritos, tacos, etc.
