Brussel sprouts-1 lb whole brussel sprouts-2 tbsp olive or avo. oil-1 tsp honey-pinch crushed red pepper or everyday seasoning-salt and pepper to taste
Remove any wilted outer leaves. Trim stems and place in a bowl of water. Swirl them around to remove excess dirt. Then slice into 1/4 inch slices, and toss on a baking sheet with oil, spices and honey.
