First, make rose syrup by combining dried rose petals, sugar and water in a medium saucepan on the stove over medium heat. Stir to combine.
Then allow the sugar to dissolve and bring the mixture to a gentle simmer. Cook this for about 5-7 minutes and remove from heat.
Strain the syrup through a fine mesh sieve to remove the petals.
Add ground coffee to a french press and pour boiling water over the grounds. Steep for 4 minutes.
Pour coffee into a mug. Stir in 1½-2 tbsp of rose syrup.
Warm milk in a separate mug in the microwave for 1 minute. Use a milk frother to foam the milk if desired. Pour warm milk over coffee, gently stir & enjoy!
