HOW TO COOK TURKEY BURGERS ON THE STOVE

Combine ground turkey with desired ingredients. Adding some oil to the meat helps give some moisture to your burgers. Use your hands to get the mixture evenly mixed. Form into patties. Spray a large, non-stick pan with cooking spray and heat on medium. 

Cook on each side for 5-7 minutes, until an internal temperature of 165F is reached. Insert your meat thermometer's probe into the center of each burger to make sure it's reached the right temperature.

Serve burgers immediately. I love eating these on brioche buns with mayo, pickled onion, tomato and lettuce. Try adding spinach and feta for an extra delicious burger!
