Simply place each prosciutto slice on a parchment-lined baking sheet in a crumpled nest sort of shape to help the edges from getting too browned. Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 400F.
If you’d like to remove some of the excess fat, place the prosciutto on a paper towel while it cools.
