HOMEMADE FETA TZATZIKI SAUCE

-2 cups full fat greek yogurt -3/4 cup finely diced cucumber -2 tbsp finely diced onion -1 1/2 tbsp fresh chopped dill -lemon juice of one lemon -zest of one lemon -3 oz feta cheese crumbles -3/4 tsp salt -1/8 tsp pepper -1 small clove garlic, grated

Combine diced onion, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and zest in a mixing bowl. 

Put the onions and cucumber in the bowl first with lemon juice, zest, salt and pepper and stir to combine. Let that marry a little while you chop the dill.

Stir in the rest of the ingredients and allow to rest in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before serving. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.  

WHAT TO EAT WITH TZATZIKI SAUCE Feta tzatziki is amazing on wraps, as a side with greek chicken salad with some pita, and just for snacking with veggies, chips and/or pita bread.
