CURRY CHICKEN SALAD WITH GRAPES

rotisserie chicken

mayo

onion

red  grapes

pecans

vinegar

parsley

celery

curry  powder

Quick pickle onions and celery in a medium sized mixing bowl

Slice grapes in half. Then toast pecans over medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring continuously.

Combine pickled veggies, pecans, shredded chicken and rest of ingredients. Stir and enjoy!
