CRISPY ROASTED PARMESAN POTATOES

Wash, peel, rinse and dry potatoes. Season with dried thyme, basil, salt and parmesan cheese. Once fully coated, pop them in a 425F degree oven for 30-40 minutes.

For the perfect dipping sauce, just mix two parts mayo and one part mustard, then top with paprika.
