COOKIES AND CREAM PIZOOKIE

-1/2 cup salted butter  (1 stick), softened -3/4 cup brown sugar -1 egg -1 tsp vanilla -1/2 tsp baking soda -1/2 tsp salt -1/3 cup cocoa powder -1 cup flour -3/4 cup chopped Oreo’s -1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate -Sea salt, optional -Vanilla ice cream

Preheat oven to 375F.  In a medium-sized mixing bowl, use an electric mixer (on high) to beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add the egg and vanilla and beat again until combined.  

Add flour, cocoa powder, baking soda & salt. Beat until fully combined. Stir in Oreo and chocolate chunks. Grease mini skillets with butter and add about 3/4 cup of cookie dough to each pan. 

Press cookie down to flatten it a little and bake for 9-11 minutes. Top with sea salt and vanilla ice cream and serve immediately.
