CHIPOTLE SOUTH WEST SAUCE

– 1 cup mayonnaise – 2 tbsp yellow mustard – 1 chipotle pepper in adobo sauce, plus 1 tsp of adobo sauce – 2 tbsp lime juice – 1 tbsp onion powder – 3 tsp sugar – 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder – 1 1/2 tsp paprika – 1/4 tsp salt – 1/4 tsp black pepper – 10 leaves cilantro

Simply add all of the ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth!

Store in a jar/air-tight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

Enjoy your chipotle south west sauce on an epic veggie sandwich with mixed greens, provolone cheese, black olives, sliced onion, tomato and avocado.
