CHICKPEA NOODLE SOUP

Ingredients: carrots celery onion garlic olive oil broth pasta chickpeas herbs de provence

Start by sautéing carrot, celery and onion in a small amount of oil until soft.  

Next, you'll add garlic, herbs de provence and the stock. Bring to a boil and then add the pasta. Once the pasta is almost done, add the chickpeas.

The finishing touch is a handful of chopped parsley for freshness + color. Enjoy with some some crusty bread and butter!
