CHICKPEA AND BLACK BEAN SALAD (BALELA SALAD)

Chickpeas     Black beans      Onion        Tomatoes          Parsley            Cilantro              Mint                Lemon juice                  Red wine vinegar                    Avocado oil                       Salt and pepper                        Cumin                          Cayenne

Chop tomatoes, onions and fresh herbs. Add to a large bowl with the spices and chickpeas.

Toss everything in a large bowl with lemon juice, vinegar, oil and mix!

It tastes great right away but is best after sitting in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.  Enjoy!
