CARROT GINGER TURMERIC JUICE

Ingredients:  Carrots Ginger Turmeric Lemon Apple

Chop the carrot and apple. Peel 3/4 inch knob of turmeric and ginger. Use a microplane to grate. You want about 1 tsp of each. 

Place all of the ingredients into a high-power blender and blend until smooth. 

Strain the juice through a fine mesh sieve and serve over ice!
