BREAKFAST HASH

Heat oil in a large, non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add peppers and onions. Cook for about 2-3 minutes, then add hash browns and Canadian bacon. Stir everything together, then flatten into one layer.

Once the potatoes begin to brown, flip and cook for another 2-3 minutes. Slide out onto a plate and use the pan to cook eggs to your liking.
