BEET AND  AVOCADO SALAD (WITH BACON AND FETA TOO!)

First, fry the bacon in the oven or in a cast iron pan on the stove until crispy.

Make easy candied pecans!  Toast raw pecans in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add butter and brown sugar and cook 5 minutes. Transfer to parchment paper and sprinkle with salt.

Make vinaigrette! Add these ingredients to a jar and shake. Avocado oil Red wine vinegar Honey Garlic powder Salt Pepper Top with bacon, avocado, beet, feta and enjoy!
