Thank you friendly Trader Joe’s employee that gave me this idea! These fig and goat cheese bites are one of those things you’re going to want to make over and over again because they are:

  • Stupid easy to make
  • Crazy fast to make
  • And really really ridiculously good tasting (yes, I’m quoting zoolander)

As I mentioned, a Trader Joe’s employee gave me this idea. I was buying figs and he told me his wife cuts them in half, puts Trader Joe’s goat cheese in between each half and then bakes them. I knew it would be delicious so I went back to buy goat cheese the next day and man, these did not disappoint. They literally melt in your mouth.

3. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with pepper & voila! You’ve got a classy, delicious appetizer ready to go.

Obviously its as easy to make five of these as it is to make five hundred—another huge plus!
