Use Trader Joe's Acai Packets to make a delicious and healthy acai bowl. Paired with strawberries, blueberries, dates, nut butter and oat milk, it's just a bowl full of health!

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/3 cup plus 2 tbsp oat milk
  • 2 dates (pitted)
  • 1 Trader Joe's Acai packet
  • 2/3 cup frozen strawberries
  • 2/3 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • handful of fresh spinach (optional)

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients (liquid first) into the blender and blend until smooth. The mixture will be very thick and you may need to stir the mixture a couple of times.
