Easy, one-bowl brownies made with tahini instead of butter.

1cup tahini
3/4cup brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs
3/4cup cocoa powder
2 tbsp oat flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1/2cup chocolate chips
Chocolate tahini drizzle
1/2cup chocolate chips
3 tbsp tahini
sea salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350.
Spray an 8 x 8 baking pan with non-stick spray and line with parchment.
In a large mixing bowl, use a whisk to combine tahini, brown sugar, vanilla and eggs.
Add cocoa powder, oat flour, baking soda and salt and continue to whisk until the batter is smooth. Fold in chocolate chips.
Spread the batter evenly into prepared pan.
Bake for 20-23 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few crumbs. Let the brownies cool for 30 minutes before adding chocolate tahini drizzle.
Chocolate tahini drizzle
Place chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave in 30 second increments until melted. Add 2 tbsp of the tahini to the chocolate and stir to combine.
Drizzle brownies with chocolate tahini mixture and remaining tbsp of tahini. Sprinkle with sea salt.
