In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine butter, brown sugar, vanilla, salt and cinnamon. Cook until butter is melted and sugar begins to dissolve. Remove from heat.
Add Chex cereal and pretzels to a large bowl, pour the (cooled) butter mixture over the cereal and pretzels and stir until evenly coated. Spread on a parchment lined baking sheet in an even layer and bake for 25 minutes, stirring halfway through.
Allow the pretzels and cereal to cool, then mix with the peanuts, popcorn and chocolate.
