Sheet Pan Nachos Supreme
If I were your typical millennial blogger I would say that sheet pan nachos supreme is my spirit animal but I just don’t think I can do that in good conscience. But I really do love these nachos a lot. I made these microwave style on a whim for lunch and I felt like I was eating majorly upgraded nachos supreme from Taco Bell. I googled “nachos supreme” to make sure I was spelling it right on instagram and I found out Taco Bell is discontinuing them! I really don’t remember the last time I ate Taco Bell but I felt a little sad for nostalgic purposes. Anywayz, lets just makes these nachos already!
Where’s the beef?
There’s a lot of important elements to making good sheet pan nachos but at the top of the list is the ground beef seasoning for me. It’s the foundation of flavor in theses nachos and is perfectly complimented by the all of the other toppings: punchy pickled onions, creamy avocado and of course the perfect chip! And cheese! It’s really all just so important.
And for this recipe I am only giving measurements for the meat and its seasonings because nachos are SO easy to customize depending on how many people you are feeding. Enjoy!
