A pumpkin spice iced coffee is perfect for the beginning of the fall season when temperatures are still a little warm but you want to get in that fall mood.
To make one serving iced coffee from scratch – the key is to brew an extra strong cup with minimal water. I usually do 4 tbsp ground coffee with 1/2 cup water. I use a french press and brew the coffee for about 4 minutes. Add the pumpkin spice syrup while its hot, then add the milk to cool it down before adding the ice. Use lots of ice and your set!
