Ingredients

Pumpkin cold foam

  • 1 heaping tbsp canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 1/2 tbsp sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 tbsp heavy cream
  • 1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • splash of vanilla extract

For the coffee

  • 1/2 tsp maple syrup *see notes
  • 1 cup cold brew or pre-made espresso
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Combine the ingredients in a glass or liquid measuring cup.
  2. Use a milk frother to whip the ingredients together until thick and smooth.
  3. Add ice to a drinking glass, then add the cold brew and maple syrup, stir. 
  4. Pour cold foam over the coffee and enjoy!

Notes

Maple syrup: feel free to either increase or eliminate this. I prefer just a touch of sweetness in the coffee if you like to let the cold foam gradually mix into your drink like I do. This amount is what you want if you prefer light-medium sweetness in your coffee drinks.
