Oh I love these popsicles! They are creamy and full of mango flavor that’s just perfect for summer.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3 cups frozen or fresh mango
  • 1 13 oz can coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup agave nectar

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Pour mixture into assembled popsicle molds. Fill each mold until about 1/4 inch from the top.
  3. Place metal cover over popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
  4. Freeze for 6 or more hours.
  5. To remove popsicle from mold. Remove metal lid, pop one mold from tray and run the mold under warm water. Gently tug on the popsicle stick until it easily slides out.
