Mango Popsicles

These Mango Popsicles are so refreshing, addictive and with just 3 ingredients, they’re super simple to make. They’re made are made with frozen mango, coconut milk and agave nectar. I love coming up with popsicles with fruit (like these Cherry Vanilla Popsicles), especially these 3 ingredient types! Let’s make them!

These mango popsicles are nice and creamy, thanks to coconut milk! If you want a less icy homemade popsicle, adding coconut really helps make them more creamy.
Ingredients for mango popsicles
- Frozen mango
- Coconut milk
- Agave nectar
Can I use fresh mango instead of frozen?
Yes! You can certainly use fresh mango. The taste and texture should stay the same.
Do I really need to add sweetener?
You might not! I like a little extra sweetness but the mango and coconut milk may be sweet enough for you. Try blending just the coconut and mango, then taste. If you enjoy the flavor in blended form, you will like it in popsicle form. If that’s you, then skip the agave and just pour the mango/coconut mixture right into your molds.
How to make mango popsicles with three ingredients
Step 1
Place the frozen mango, can of coconut milk and agave nectar in a blender. Blend until smooth.
Step 2
You can pour straight out of the blender or transfer to a bowl with a spout to pour the mixture into the molds (affiliate link).
Step 3
Use a popsicle stick to remove air bubbles by gently inserting into each mold and moving the mixture around.
Place the metal tray over the molds, then insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for about 6 hours.

This is the popsicle mold (affiliate link) I use. I like it for several reasons but there are a few things I like and don’t like about it.
What I like
The design! I like the ridges this mold makes on each popsicle, although there are silicone options with this same design.
Easy to remove one popsicle at a time. Each individual mold can be popped out of the base and stored in a ziploc to make more room in the freezer and have an extra barrier against freezer burn.
Things I don’t like
The plastic molds can crack if you drop them, and for a clumsy person like me this has occurred a couple of times.
Also the metal lid can be a little bit clumsy but once you get used to it, it’s not hard to manage.
How to remove popsicles from mold
To remove a popsicle from the mold, just place it under lukewarm water and gently tug on the popsicle stick until it slides out.

Ingredients
- 3 cups frozen or fresh mango
- 1 13 oz can coconut milk
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
Instructions
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Pour mixture into assembled popsicle molds. Fill each mold until about 1/4 inch from the top.
- Place metal cover over popsicle mold and insert popsicle sticks.
- Freeze for 6 or more hours.
- To remove popsicle from mold. Remove metal lid, pop one mold from tray and run the mold under warm water. Gently tug on the popsicle stick until it easily slides out.
