Ingredients

  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 1/2 tbsp dried lavender flowers

Instructions

  1. Place all ingredients in a stock pot over medium heat.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
  3. Strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender flowers. Store in a glass jar or air-tight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
