1cup granulated sugar
1cup water
2 1/2 tbsp dried lavender flowers
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a stock pot over medium heat.
Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer, and allow it to cook for 5 minutes.
Strain syrup through a fine mesh strainer to remove the lavender flowers. Store in a glass jar or air-tight container for up to two weeks in the refrigerator.
