1 large leaf kale or 2 small
2–3 small apples, chopped
3 stalks celery
1 1/2 tbsp grated fresh ginger
juice from 1/2 a lemon
2cups water
Instructions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Length of time will depend upon the type of blender you have. I have a Blendtec so I use the vegetable/fruit juice setting and let it go for the recommend amount of time.
Over a spouted bowl or large liquid measuring cup, pour juice through a fine mesh sieve (slowly). Use a spoon to gently stir the pulp and encourage juice to flow through the strainer.
