Homemade Feta Tzatziki Sauce

I love tzatziki sauce and this version with feta really hits the spot. It’s easy and you can use it in SO many different ways! It’s just the perfect light, summer sauce.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups full fat greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cup finely diced cucumber
  • 2 tbsp finely diced onion
  • 1 1/2 tbsp fresh chopped dill
  • lemon juice of one lemon
  • zest of one lemon
  • 3 oz feta cheese crumbles
  • 3/4 tsp salt
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 small clove garlic, grated

Instructions

  1. Combine diced onion, cucumber, salt, pepper, garlic, lemon juice and zest in a mixing bowl. 
  2. Add the yogurt, feta and dill and stir to combine. 
  3. Store in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-5 days.
