Grilled Peaches
Grilled Peaches are the perfect summer dessert! And probably the easiest too! Just toss halved + pitted peaches on the grill and enjoy warm with vanilla ice cream. They are delicious on their own but vanilla ice cream is a must in my opinion 🙂
Fresh in-season peaches are one of my favorite things about summer. Grilled peaches brings things to whole nother level. Grilling peaches deepens their already sweet flavor and are the perfect vehicle for enjoying vanilla ice cream.
You will need: olive oil, fresh peaches and ice cream to make this.
Start by cutting peaches in half and removing the pit. Generally you want peaches to be ripe, but on the firmer side so they don’t get too squishy on the grill.
Crank that grill to 400F and brush peaches with a little olive oil. Place peach halves (cut side down) directly on the hot grill.
Cook for about 4 minutes, then flip and cook for a few more minutes.
Remove from the grill and serve immediately with vanilla ice cream. Preferably Haagen Dazs 🙂
