Easy Cherry Popsicles (4 ingredients!)

These cherry popsicles are made with vanilla simple syrup, lime juice, water and of course–cherries!

Instructions

  1. Make the vanilla simple syrup first. 
  2. Combine cherries, vanilla syrup, lime juice, and water in a blender and blend until smooth. 
  3. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. This recipe will make 10 popsicles with the mold I have linked. Please note: if you have a different mold, you may have extra mix or end up with less popsicles. 
  4. Cover the popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6 hours or over night. 
  5. To remove a popsicle from the mold, pop out one mold and place under running lukewarm water. Gently wiggle the stick and pull until the popsicle slides out easily. 
  6. I like to remove all the popsicles at once, placing them on a baking tray lined with parchment as I remove them from the molds. Then place the tray in the freezer to let the popsicles set up again, for 30 minutes. Then transfer to a Ziploc bag so you can grab a popsicle any time you want with no fuss!
