Combine cherries, vanilla syrup, lime juice, and water in a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds. This recipe will make 10 popsicles with the mold I have linked. Please note: if you have a different mold, you may have extra mix or end up with less popsicles.
Cover the popsicle molds, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for 6 hours or over night.
To remove a popsicle from the mold, pop out one mold and place under running lukewarm water. Gently wiggle the stick and pull until the popsicle slides out easily.
I like to remove all the popsicles at once, placing them on a baking tray lined with parchment as I remove them from the molds. Then place the tray in the freezer to let the popsicles set up again, for 30 minutes. Then transfer to a Ziploc bag so you can grab a popsicle any time you want with no fuss!
